I go on the nights I put him to bed (my husband and I alternate putting baby to bed and putting older boys to bed since the baby is easier and goes to bed earlier) and do about 45 minutes of cardio and some strength training. I have only been able to get there about twice a week but the rest of the time at home I am on my feet, cooking, cleaning, folding laundry, following the baby around. I basically never stop moving so I'm pretty happy with my fitness level right now, although I've really never been very fit to begin with so that might not be saying much. I used to love taking walks when I just had one baby. I would do about an hour long hilly walk every day and felt great. It's been impossible to do that now that I have 3.

Your menu plan monday has me inspired to get back on track with posting mine. We always menu plan but I have trouble finding the time to post about it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
